How will you help me to settle in?
Our experienced team are passionate about welcoming and integrating each resident to their new home, and we will take as much time as you need to settle into your new home.
From the moment you arrive, our team will ensure that your stay will be welcoming and comfortable. We will endeavour to make your admission relaxed and informal.Within your first 24 hours you will have met with your dedicated team member, discussed your care plan and had a chat with Chef about what you really fancy for your dinner!
Your family and friends are welcome and may remain with you while you settle into your new surroundings.
